Rates
The cottage can accommodate up to 8 people. Tariff includes linen, towels, firewood, tea, coffee and condiments supplied. Complementary fresh milk, farm fresh eggs and bread is provided for the first morning stay. Prices quoted are for up to 4 people with 2 rooms made up. An additional $50 per stay for each extra bed.

A Weekend is Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday
Midweek = 2 nights
Weekly = 7 nights
Check in 3pm, Checkout 11am (late checkout by arrangement)

Bookings and Cancellations
- We accept payments via cheque and by direct deposit to a nominated account.
- Payments via credit card and Paypal can be arranged but will incur a surcharge.
- All bookings are tentative and comfirmation of the reservation will only be made on receipt of a 50% deposit, the remainder to be paid no later than 1 week prior to your arrival.
- Cancellations: deposits are refunded in full (less $35) only after we have secured a replacement booking.
- All bookings: minimum two nights, Easter minimum 4 nights, other long weekends minimum 3 nights.
- Email enquiries are preferred – we aim to respond to email enquiry within 24 hours or alternatively call us on 0410 626 886 at any time.
